In a Buyer's market there is a lot more competition among sellers, allowing Buyers plenty of choices and room to negotiate a lower, more competitive price.

* In a Seller's market  the inventory for sale is usually low, often forcing multiple offers on the same house from several buyers at the same time. I will help you structure your offer to be the winning bid.

 - Help You Get Pre-Qualified - How much can you afford?  Get an idea right now by clicking on my What Can I Afford? link. Or allow me to determine your affordability through a short series of questions such as what monthly payments you will be comfortable with and how much money you have saved for a down payment or closing costs.  Together we can determine the best loan program for you. As I am a loan consultant and have access to the lowest loan rates, I can save you even more money.

- Home Shopping - I will use all available methods to locate a property that matches your search parameters.  This will include properties listed with my RE/MAX office, offered through other real estate companies, as well as other unlisted properties.  I will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in structuring and skillfully negotiating an offer to get you the LOWEST PRICE and best terms possible.

- Hand Holding During Escrow  - Once you have a signed offer, I will open escrow where the loan and paperwork will be processed.  At this time I will help you with performing a home inspection and understanding the numerous documents that will be presented to you by the seller.  Together I will help you complete the escrow process in a smooth, trouble-free manner and at the close will happily hand you your keys to your new home.  So let's get started now!
