Buyer's Market v. Seller's Market - When you understand current market conditions, you are better able to position  yourself as a serious Buyer when offering your purchase price.


• In a Buyer's market there is a lot more competition among sellers, allowing Buyers plenty of choices and room to negotiate a lower, more competitive price.

Hand Holding During Escrow  - Once you have a signed offer, I will open escrow where the loan and paperwork will be processed.  At this time I will help you with performing a home inspection and understanding the numerous documents that will be presented to you by the seller.  Together I will help you complete the escrow process in a smooth, trouble-free manner and at the close will happily hand you your keys to your new home.  So let's get started now!
